I’ve been back to being a vegetarian for a little over a week now. I do have to say, I feel lighter. Not weighted down. I’ve noticed my meals are smaller, yet I’m full. I still eat the same amount of calories/points as before, but it’s a different feeling.
A lighter feeling.
I’m also not so tired during the day. I find I have more energy, more stamina, to get thru the day. It’s only at the very end of the day when I’ve been up since 7am and it’s almost midnight that I feel tiredness. But it’s a good tired.
An accomplished tired lighter feeling.
