Fuck it. I quit. I’m going home.

That’s me today.

I’m doling out advice on post partum weight loss… that I can’t seem to follow myself.

I’m watching friends hit weight loss milestones while my scale is holding steady at 201…

I’m 3 weeks ahead in my class, yet I use that as an excuse to not exercise.

I laugh at those who post about will power for not eating {insert carby Deliciousness here }, while I closet eat Lindt truffles.

I need a plan.  I need to go all in. Because my half-assedness is obviously not working.

I need to throw aside the excuses, get a plan, and just go.

No looking back.
