Yay!

So normally when I go a few days between blogs it’s because I’m face first into a few day long binge.

But not this time.

Still no diet soda.

I did slip and have a small (the actual recommended serving size) of ice cream cake once.

I made smarter choices when out.

No ninja car eating.

Lots of walking.

I feel empowered and boy does it feel good.
